There was no operator /representative from Munger Canyon Mine <br />present during the inspection. Weather conditions were sunny and cold. The ground was partially snow covered <br />from the storm that occurred a few days prior to the inspection. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS — Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />The availability of records was checked at J.E. Stover& Associates office on the morning of December 28th. All <br />required records were on file and available for review during this complete inspection and no problems were <br />identified with the records review. Please see the DRMS Availability of Records checklist at the end of this <br />inspection report. <br />ROADS — Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The mine site access road off of Highway 139 was in good condition. The Mine ID sign at the entrance to the <br />permit area is intact and properly displayed. The entrance gate at the bridge crossing was locked and the site was <br />secure. The access road into the mine site was partially snow covered, but otherwise in good condition. Cattle <br />were being grazed within the permit area boundary at the time of the inspection. There was no other activity at the <br />mine site.
