The decision due date is January 16, 2012.
Bowie Resources, LLC submitted MR -128 to incorporate as-built contours for the Terror Creek
vent shaft site, approve permit text and a site reclamation plan. TR -67 incorporated the shaft site
into the permit; however, an oversight occurred and the approved text was never incorporated into
the permit. Therefore, this minor revision will re- incorporate the approved text, update Map -42
with topography and update the post mining contour Map -18 -2. The Terror Creek Fan site is
located on BLM land.
This revision is available for review at the Paonia Public Library, 2 Third Avenue, Paonia, CO
81428 and in the Division's office.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,
Brock F.
