Embankments were well vegetated with no signs of erosion or <br />instability. <br />Sedimentation ponds 5 -Pi, SH -P1, 9 -P7, 9 -P8, 5A -P1, 9A -P1, and 9A -P4 were all dry. Pond embankments were <br />vegetated with no signs of erosion or structural issues. <br />Mine No. 5 dewatering pump was operating at the time of inspection. Water was being pumped into pond 5 -P6 <br />and flowing into ponds 5 -P5 and 5 -P7. The final discharge from pond 5 -P7 into the Williams Fork River was <br />clear. Embankments of the ponds were well vegetated. Multiple burrows were found along the southern, western <br />and eastern embankments along pond 5 -P5 and will need to be repaired. <br />Culverts #9 and #22 within the facility area were clear and functional. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 2 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
