Merrill Drive Pueblo West, Colorado 81007 dated December 29, 2011. This letter references file number M- 2011 -039 which Colorado Moss Rock, Inc. has filed with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for an operational permit for the purpose of extraction of construction materials from a mine located at or near the SW 1/4, SE 1/4 NE 1/4, SECTION 35, T 24 S, R68W, 6th P.M PUEBLO COUNTY, STATE OF COLORADO. I am the owner of SW1 /4, SECTION 35, T 24 S, R 68 W section of the above mentioned property, and have the following concerns and requests regarding this permit request filed by Colorado Moss Rock, Inc. Specifically, my concerns and requests are as follows: 1) I do not grant permission for the excavation, extraction or removal of any land or construction materials from my property. 2) I do not grant permission for any equipment needed to conduct this work to use my property to gain access to the mine or work site. 3) I do not grant permission for any of this work to take place on my property. 4) The current fencing in the area is not an accurate indication of property lines. 5) I do not want the road of access to my property blocked or damaged in any manner. This road is my only access using a vehicle to reach my property. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions, and I will continue to follow this matter closely.
