R2 Permit No. M -1977 -493 <br />7.0 SAMPLING AND ANALYTICAL METHODS <br />Groundwater and surface water samples will be collected and analyzed following the <br />procedures described in the sections below. <br />7.1 Sampling Methods <br />Groundwater and surface water sampling will be performed in accordance with the Standard <br />Operating Procedure (SOP) included as Appendix C. <br />7.2 Analytical Methods <br />Tables 7 -1 and 7 -2, below describe the analytical parameters, methods, detection limits and <br />holding times for the groundwater quality samples and internal surface water quality samples, <br />respectively. These tables include both indicator parameters as well as the additional baseline <br />monitoring parameters. Table 7.3 presents the parameters, methods, detection limits, and <br />holding times for surface water samples to be collected from the Arkansas or East Fork Eagle <br />River, and the Eagle Park Reservoir Outlet.
