Due to the fact CAM
cannot discharge any water to Reed Wash, per the Biological Opinion, she recommended
withdrawing the Industrial Discharge permit application. CAM has been issued a stormwater
discharge permit, and Kathy determined the permit that has been issued is adequate to cover
CAM for all stormwater related discharges during operations. That being said, CAM will still
have to apply for an NPDES stormwater discharge permit for construction activities, but that
will be applied for at a later date. I will send you a copy of the withdrawal form once it is
submitted.
Tamme Bishop, P.E.
JE Stover & Associates, Inc.
2352 N. 7th Street, Unit B
Grand Junction, CO 81501
970- 245 -4101
