Regarding the hydrology related to the SAE in the TR 61 application, I have reviewed Jim Stover's responses to our
adequacy comments. He has addressed all of the concerns from my memorandum of December 5, 2011.
It is important to note that the settleable solids concentration in the effluent from the silt fence was reduced to below the
effluent limitation of 0.5 m1/1 (in the previous submittal the value was above 0.5 m1/1) because the length of silt fence was
doubled from 20 feet in the original application to 40 feet in the latest submittal.
