We have published the notice in "The Pueblo <br />Chieftain" newspaper on December 29, 2011. In addition we have sent the via Certified Return <br />Receipt the Public Notice to the owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of the <br />boundary of the affected land today December 29, 2011. <br />We have enclosed copies of the letters sent to the owners of record within the 200 feet zone. <br />Please note that no changes to the application have been to the application, therefore a receipt <br />from the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder is not necessary.
