The <br />application was originally approved by the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) on September 17, <br />2010. However, the Reclamation Permit was never issued because the Applicant did not post the required financial <br />warranty within one calendar year of the approval date. In accordance with Rule 4.1(2), the approval of the Reclamation <br />Permit must be reconsidered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board and the notification procedures followed as outlined <br />in Rule 1.6 <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Weld County Clerk & Recorder's office, the Division's website <br />(www.mining.state.co.us), and at the office of the Division, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted to the Division by January 31, 2012.
