For these reasons, we ask that a letter be written to the DRMS (Bob Oswald of the Durango
office) that this in -mine drilling and re -hab work be allowed without a permit. It is also important
to note that Silver Star has committed to monitoring the flow, pH and TDS of the flow in the
Yellow Rose drift throughout the exploration program. If any increase in flow is detected, the
operation will conduct field parameter tests for pH, temperature, TDS and flow. If any of these
values is markedly different from the baseline condition, the activity will stop, a sample will be
sent to the lab for a full suite test and both the DRMS and the CDPHE will be consulted.
Cc: Bob Oswald Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety
61 1
Sincerely,
,e,„„1:,
Greg Lewicki, P.E.
Ben Langenfeld, E.I.T
Greg Lewicki and Associates
