Box 581 <br />Rye, CO 81069 <br />Re: Colorado Moss Rock, File No. M- 2011 -039, Receipt of 110 Construction Materials Reclamation Permit <br />Application <br />Dear Mr. Barickman: <br />STATE OF COLORADO <br />COLORADO <br />D I V I S I O N O F <br />RECLAMATION <br />MINING <br />— &— <br />SAFETY <br />On December 9, 2011, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your 110 Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit application for the Colorado Moss Rock site, which is located in Pueblo County. The <br />Division considered the application filed (complete) on December 23, 2011 and all comment and review periods began <br />on that date. The decision date for your application is scheduled for January 22, 2012. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of the notice to all <br />owners of record of surface and mineral rights, holders of any recorded easements, and all owners of record of lands that <br />are within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after the above - referenced filing date. <br />You must submit proof of the notice and mailings, such as Certified Mail - Return Receipt Requested, to the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety prior to the decision date.
