Annually, the reclaimed area will be inspected for noxious weeds. If any are found, they will <br />be treated as recommended by the Jackson County noxious weed control Manager. <br />3.1.12 Signs & Markers <br />(1) The operator will post a sign which will be clearly visible from the access road with the <br />following information: <br />(a) The name of the operator; <br />(b) A statement that a reclamation permit for the operation has been issued by the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board; and <br />(c) the permit number. <br />(2) The boundaries of the affected area will be marked with monuments, which <br />are clearly visible: <br />(a) This is a 110 Limited Impact operation; therefore, the permit boundary and <br />the affected boundary are same. The east permit boundary is delineated by the Colorado <br />Department of Transportation's Right -of Way fence, and in- place, Operator owned, <br />fences on the south and west sides. There is a common boundary line between the <br />Harry Corkle Construction's main gravel pit to the north and this Pit. <br />(3) The affected land will be monumented for easy delineation. <br />Please see (2)(a) above. <br />20 <br />
