If any are found, they will
be treated as recommended by the Jackson County noxious weed control Manager.
3.1.12 Signs & Markers
(1) The operator will post a sign which will be clearly visible from the access road with the
following information:
(a) The name of the operator;
(b) A statement that a reclamation permit for the operation has been issued by the
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board; and
(c) the permit number.
(2) The boundaries of the affected area will be marked with monuments, which
are clearly visible:
(a) This is a 110 Limited Impact operation; therefore, the permit boundary and
the affected boundary are same. The east permit boundary is delineated by the Colorado
Department of Transportation's Right -of Way fence, and in- place, Operator owned,
fences on the south and west sides. There is a common boundary line between the
Harry Corkle Construction's main gravel pit to the north and this Pit.
(3) The affected land will be monumented for easy delineation.
Please see (2)(a) above.
20
