This is with the understanding that UMC, <br />holding an active permit, will proceed with the collection and submission of the Environmental Protection <br />Plan (EPP), aka Exhibit U, concurrent with re- commissioning and operating of the mill. <br />UMC requests, per Rule 7.2.3.2.c, 364 days to prepare and submit the EPP. <br />Please contact me directly for additional information or clarification to this letter.
