Based
on our discussions during your site visit, noting the minor erosion and sedimentation from the
staging area, Nuvemco staff installed erosion control measures on the November 2. As
documented in the following photographs, they placed about 50 feet of wattles across the low
part of the staging area and constructed an earthen berm further below as a temporary retention
basin until actual construction and mining begins.
This letter is response to the corrective actions required. Please advise if you need any further
information or documentation.
E. Thomas Cavanaugh, CPG, PG
Senior Geologist Energy Resources
NOV 2 1 2011
=iCE
