The Division posted the non - confidential Form <br />2 on the Office website on November 29, 2011 in accordance with the requirements of Rule 5.1.3. Any <br />public comment or request for disclosure of information designated as confidential regarding the <br />Modification had to be received by the Office no later than ten (10) working days after the notice was <br />posted on the Office website (December 12, 2011). No comments or request were received. <br />The Division has reviewed the modification and notes all deficiencies have been addressed. Staff has <br />calculated the total reclamation liability for the Farmer Girl 2 to be $5,745.00 and received concurrence <br />from the BLM Uncompahgre Field Office. The bond adjustment will be added to State Wide Bond # <br />K07346323. Therefore, the Division is pleased to inform Energy Fuels that Modification MD -0g is <br />complete and approved.
