Dear Mr. Chiles, COLORADO D I V I S I O N O F RECLAMATION MINING — &— SAFETY On July 20 2011 the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) received Rimrock Exploration's application for a 110d, Designated Mining Operation (DMO), application No. M- 2011 -040. An administrative review of the submission noted the application was complete for review and was considered filed as of July 26, 2011. The decision date was set for October 24, 2011. On October 21, 2011 Rimrock requested an extension of the decision date to December 15, 2011 in order to develop a response to the Preliminary Adequacy Review (PAR). On December 15, 2011 the Division received a second request to extend the decision date as Rimrock continues to develop a response to the PAR. Rimrock has requested the extension to January 31, 2012. Staff has granted the extension to that date.
