Access to and construction of the cell repeater and power pole installation will also necessitate
construction of a light use road and a maintenance road. The Division considers road construction
would necessitate submittal of a technical revision, in accordance with Rule 2.08.4(2) and 4.03.3.
Since the Division believes this revision should be withdrawn and resubmitted as a technical revision,
the Division considers MR -103 to be incomplete for purposes of filing, and requests that NECC
withdraw MR103.
Sincerely,
Janet H.
Environ
cc:
inns
ntal Protection Specialist III
Ron Thompson
New Elk Coal Company, LLC
122 West First Street
Trinidad, CO 80182
Office of
Mined Land Reclamation
STATE OF COLOFADO
COLORADO
D I V I S I O N O F
RECLAMATION
MINING
—&—
SAFETY
John W.
