Third St, Room 301 <br />Grand Junction, Colorado 81501 <br />M -1977 -306 <br />An EPP for the JD -9 Mine Permit will be submitted by July 1, 2015. <br />- <br />NOV 3 0 20 <br />OE';1 2011 <br />RE: Cotter Corporation Proposed Schedule for Environmental Protection Plan Submittals <br />In response to the letter received from the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and <br />Safety(DRMS) dated September 30, 2011 regarding the Requirements for Environmental <br />Protection Plans(EPPs) for Cotter Corporation's Permitted Uranium Mines Cotter <br />Corporation proposes the following schedule: <br />M -1984 -014 <br />The EPP for the JD -8 Mine permit has already been submitted to the DRMS. Following <br />the adequacy review for the EPP submittal Cotter Corporation requested a six month <br />extension for the decision date for this EPP. <br />M -1978 -116 and M- 1979 -118HR <br />The SM -18 Mine Permit and the Wright Group Permit will be combined into one mine <br />permit following the DRMS recommendation, and an EPP for the combined mines will <br />be submitted November 1, 2012. <br />M- 1977 -284 and M -1 977 -310 <br />The JD -6 Mine Permit and the Mineral Joe Mine Permit will be combined into one <br />permit following DRMS recommendation, and an EPP for the combined mines will be <br />submitted by July 1, 2013. <br />M -1977 -451 <br />An EPP for the Ike Mine (SR -11) Permit will be submitted by March 1, 2014. <br />M -1977 -308 and M- 1979 -094HR <br />The JD -7 Underground Mine Permit and the JD -7 Open Pit Mine Permit will be <br />combined into one permit following DRMS recommendation, and an EPP for the <br />combined mines will be submitted by November 1, 2014. <br />Telephone (970) 864 -7347 <br />Fax (970) 864 -7287 <br />
