MANAGEMENT <br />The DRMS's letter dated November 21, 2011 requested CAM incorporate the USFWS Biological <br />Opinion's conservation measures into the permit text. The revised permit sections, maps and <br />Exhibits are attached. <br />In addition, CAM has been granted water rights in Reed Wash and Loma drain and the appropriate <br />text (Section 2.04 -7), maps (18) and Exhibits (1) have been updated. <br />CAM has been issued a Stormwater discharge permit and it is included in Exhibit 13. The Mesa <br />County Major Site Plan permit should also be inserted into Exhibit 13. <br />Two letters were inadvertently left out of the permit application package and are attached for <br />completeness in Exhibit 8.
