There are three <br />issues that were identified subsequent to USFWS Biological Opinion (BO) dated November 16, <br />2011 (ES- 6- R0-95 -F- 001- GJ418, TAILS 06E24100- 2012 -F -0009, 65413- 2011 -B- 0022). None <br />of the corrections and clarification language would require revisions to the BA conservation <br />measures. Also, Mr. Terry Ireland (USFWS -Grand Junction) was contacted regarding this matter <br />and he gave verbal approval that no further documentation, other than this letter, would be <br />required for the corrections and clarification language. <br />1. The BA (cover letter and page 1) — states that "McClane Canyon Mine (Mine), owned <br />and operated by CAM- Colorado, LLC (CAM) in Garfield County, provided 280,000 <br />tons of coal per year to the Cameo Power Plant located in Mesa County." <br />Correction: McClane Canyon Mine is owned by CAM Colorado, LLC, but is operated by <br />McClane Canyon Mining, LLC. The BA cover letter and page 1 sentence should read: <br />"McClane Canyon Mine (Mine), owned by CAM Colorado, LLC and operated by <br />McClane Canyon Mining, LLC (CAM) in Garfield County, provided 280,000 tons of <br />coal per year to the Cameo Power Plant located in Mesa County." <br />2. Addendum #2 (page 2) to the BA (CAM- Colorado, LLC, McClane Canyon Mine <br />Expansion Project and Fruita Loadout Facility) incorrectly states "The three sediment <br />
