Pennit No. CO-0000213 <br />County: Montrose <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISCHARGE UNDER. THE <br />COLORADO DISCHARGE PERMIT SYSTEM <br />In compliance with the provisions of the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, <br />,(25-8-101 et seq., CRS, 1973 as <br />amended) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.; the "Act") the <br />Western Fuels — Colorado LLC <br />is authorized to discharge from the Horizon Mine located at S6, T46N and S31, T47N in R15W; S25 and <br />S36, T47N, R16W; approximately 2.5 miles north of Nucla, CO to'Futtle and Calamity Draws and tributaries <br />thereto in accordance with effluent limitations. monitoring requirements and other conditions set forth in Part I <br />and Tl hereof.
