Compliance Schedule <br />All information and written reports required by the following compliance schedules should be directed to the Permits Unit for <br />final review unless otherwise stated. <br />Within 90 days of tile effective date of this permit permittee shall submit an update to the materials containment plan. <br />On 2115107, the pertnittee shall submit Stormwater Management Plan Annual Reports. <br />On 12/31/2007, the pertnittee shall submit plans and specifications for construction of facilities or activities determined to be <br />necessary to meet the Total Ammonia final limits. <br />On 12/31/2008, the permittee shall begin implementing the approved plan for construction or other activities such that <br />0 <br />compliance with the final Total Ammonia limitations may be attained. <br />On 12'/31/2009, the permittee shall complete construction of facilities or other appropriate actions, which will allow the <br />permittee to meet the final Total Ammonia limitations. <br />No later than 14 calendar days following each date identified in the above schedule of compliance, the permittee shall submit <br />either a report of progress or, in the case of specific actions being required by identified dates, a written notice of compliance <br />or noncompliance, any remedial actions taken, and the probability of meeting the next scheduled requirement. <br />See Part I.C. for Definitions. <br />
