Compliance Schedule All information and written reports required by the following compliance schedules should be directed to the Permits Unit for final review unless otherwise stated. Within 90 days of tile effective date of this permit permittee shall submit an update to the materials containment plan. On 2115107, the pertnittee shall submit Stormwater Management Plan Annual Reports. On 12/31/2007, the pertnittee shall submit plans and specifications for construction of facilities or activities determined to be necessary to meet the Total Ammonia final limits. On 12/31/2008, the permittee shall begin implementing the approved plan for construction or other activities such that 0 compliance with the final Total Ammonia limitations may be attained. On 12'/31/2009, the permittee shall complete construction of facilities or other appropriate actions, which will allow the permittee to meet the final Total Ammonia limitations. No later than 14 calendar days following each date identified in the above schedule of compliance, the permittee shall submit either a report of progress or, in the case of specific actions being required by identified dates, a written notice of compliance or noncompliance, any remedial actions taken, and the probability of meeting the next scheduled requirement.
