CULVERT 114
This 42" CMP is where the CC Ditch overflow crosses the access road to get to the HDPE pipe inlet from
2700 Road. The size of the culvert is based on the maximum ditch overflow. There is no drainage basin
into this culvert.
CULVERT 115
This is the 42" pipe which contains the actual HDPE pipeline under the BB Detour Road. When the
detour is removed, this culvert will remain with a mound of dirt above it since the pipeline is permanent.
CULVERT 116
This 18" CMP is actually an erosion control pipe allowing water from Ditch C11 to enter Pond 8 on its
incised steep embankment. The steepness of the pipe and the fact that the surrounding ground can
handle the overflow allows the 18" pipe to be acceptable in this case.
CULVERT 117
This culvert will be permanent under BB Road at the Sunshine Ranch Corner. It will handle the peak
flows from Ditches C12 and C13. This is a combined peak flow of 38.8 cfs. A 36" CMP is needed.
CULVERT 118
This culvert carries the peak flows from Ditches C1 And C2 under the BB Road. It is temporary until
reclamation is approved and the ditches will be removed.
CULVERTS 119 -128
These culverts are 13" x 17" arched culverts of 35 feet length which are placed along the BB Detour
Road as required by the County. Since Ditch C1 captures almost all of the drainage area above the road,
very little drainage flows into these culverts, therefore, no design has been shown. The capacity of each
culvert is approximately 3.4 cfs.
CULVERT 129
This 18" CMP will permanently carry the drainage from Basin 13 under the reconstructed BB Road. It is
sized fore the peak flow of 4.1 cfs from Ditch C24.
Revised June 2011 (TR -60) Attachment 2.05.3(3) -1 -79
