I got it by email, then I spoke with him this morning to see if this was going to be long -term or just for the holidays. It'll be for the long -term, with his former address deactivated, so we should enter this new info. It's one person, who has 2 active NOls, under 2 company names. Address and phone need changes, but all else stays the same. This would be under the correspondence tab, adding new CT, IE, and PR types, for the AC (active, permanent) contacts.
