Parker Road <br />Suite #203 <br />Parker, CO 80134 <br />RE: Lamar East Pit; DRMS File No. M`1977 -572; Receipt of Corrective Action <br />Documentation <br />Dear Mr.Brubaker, <br />The Division received your above referenced response in regard to the Compliance Problems <br />cited in the report of the inspection conducted on 0 5, 2011. The statuses of the <br />corrective actions regarding these problems are as follows: <br />Compliance Problem 1: Trash and refuse was noticed on the site. <br />This problem is considered abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of photo <br />documentation that the trash has been removed from the site by the corrective action date. <br />Compliance Problem 2: The Operator has failed to follow approved reclamation plan and the <br />current reclamation plan needs to be updated and clarified pursuant to C.R.S. 34- 32.5 -116 (1). <br />This problem is considered abated as a result of the Operator's submittal of a Technical <br />Revision, with the required $216 revision fee, to update and clarify the current approved <br />reclamation plan to reflect existing and proposed activities.
