Willows were found in the emergency <br /> spillway of Pond 004. An old power pole,a boulder,and 2 shrubs were found in Ditch D-30. Sections of air <br /> tubing were found in Ditch D-16. The five culverts under the Refuse Disposal Area(RDA)access road were not <br /> in compliance with their designs due to a lack of maintenance. The third in a series of three"clean water"culverts <br /> (C2)was needed to be cleaned out. These violations were the subject of NOV CV-2011-006. Two unapproved <br /> rock silt traps were found,one in the RDA east of the new underground development waste pile,and the other near <br /> the SE corner of Pond 007.
