This is in response to your request letter dated 30 <br />November 2011. Additional time is needed for review and full resolution of adequacy issues. <br />You have indicated that Western Fuels' adequacy response to the Division's second Preliminary <br />Adequacy Review will be arriving at the various DIMS offices today.
