(LTE) <br />to provide consulting services for the St. Vrain Lakes project (Site) (Figures 1 and 2). This letter <br />addresses the deficiencies observed by the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and <br />Safety (CDRMS) during an inspection of the Site on July 19, 2011. The inspection report from <br />CDRMS specified a corrective action due date of August 26, 2011; however, Carma Bayshore <br />requested and received approval from CDRMS to extend the due date. <br />Problem 1: Reclamation <br />"Failure to follow approved reclamation plan, or current reclamation plan needs to be updated <br />and clarified pursuant to C.R.S. 34- 32.5 -116 (1). The Technical Revision shall include a revised Reclamation Plan <br />Map, which portrays the final configuration of the lakes." <br />In a letter dated August 3, 2011, from CDRMS to Carma Bayshore, CDRMS determined this <br />problem had been resolved to the satisfaction of CDRMS and no further action was required <br />from Carma Bayshore. <br />
