• <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Continental Materials Corporation dba Transit Mix of Pueblo; 444 East Costilla, <br />Colorado Springs, CO, 80903,has filed an application for an amendment to the existing <br />Regular (112) Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act <br />for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Pueblo <br />East Pit, and is located at or near Section 35, Township 20, Range 64, 6th Prime <br />Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is January, 2012, and the proposed date of <br />completion is March, 2016. The proposed future use of the land is wildlife habitat. <br />Additional information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining, and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado, <br />80203, (303) 866 -3567; or at the Pueblo County Clerk and Recorder's office, 215 West <br />10 Street, Pueblo, CO, or the above named applicant at (303) 475 -0700. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining, and Safety by 4:00 pm on November 7, 2011. <br />
