We will use the same number system as you used in your review letter. <br />Application <br />1.a. Yes, since the majority of the Amendment 4 area is in Section 35, thus our use of <br />Section 35 in the legal description. <br />Exh A <br />2. I neglected to include the revised page for the legal description. The corrected page is <br />enclosed. <br />3.a. The enclosed maps for Exh C are signed. <br />3.b. All indications of the Brown Subdivision and lot/easements lines are deleted in the <br />enclosed Exh C. <br />3.c. The legal description in the previous amendments to M- 1986 -015 describes the <br />boundary of the Phase 7 area as a "straight line" on the south side of the River. Also the <br />Pueblo County Special Use Permit has the same "straight line" legal description. We <br />would prefer to leave the legal description as is. <br />
