The revisions where <br />reached after the applicant and their legal counsel meet with Pueblo Department of Public <br />Works. <br />Language: "The Applicant would extract rock on Applicant's property and move it to a storage <br />area on Applicant's property Monday through Saturday, 7 am to 5 pm. No public road or <br />right of way would be involved in this process. The Applicant would transport rock from the <br />storage area to CR 248* then north across the bridge to Park Road then to Boulder Avenue, <br />then to State Highway 165. A maximum of three times a day, five days a week, Monday <br />through Friday, during the hours of 7 :00 am to 7:00 pm.
