Environmental Monitoring Systems Lab.
SAMPLE RECEIPT:
Two (2) samples were received on 10/24/2011 at 8:35:00 AM at a temperature of 20 °C at
Analytica- Thornton. Any deviations in quality control
parameters for specific analyses are noted in the following text. A complete quality
assurance report, including laboratory control, matrix spike, and sample duplicate
recoveries, is kept on file in our office and is available upon request.
All method specifications were met for the following tests, unless otherwise noted:
Test Method: 200.7 - Metals by ICP - Dissolved Metals - Ground Water
Test Method: Filtration for Dissolved Metals - Ground Water
HOLDING TIMES:
Filtration for dissolved targets should be performed in the field, within 15 minutes of
sampling. Per client request, filtration was performed as soon as possible upon sample
receipt.
HOLD TIMES MISSED OR DATE ERRORS:
Sample CRMW- 35A,B1110173 -01A
Sampled: 10/21/2011 10:47:00 AM, Prepped: 10/27/2011 5:10:00 PM
Sampled: 10/21/2011 10:47:00 AM, Analyzed: 10/27/2011 5:10:00 PM
Regulatory hold time: 15 Min
Sample CRMW- 63B,B1110173 -02A
Sampled: 10/21/2011 11:15:00 AM, Prepped: 10/27/2011 5:10:00 PM
Sampled: 10/21/2011 11:15:00 AM, Analyzed: 10/27/2011 5:10:00 PM
Regulatory hold time: 15 Min
Test Method: Inorganic Anions by Ion Chromatography - Anions by IC2 - Ground Water
