Aerial photographs were taken on November 23, 2011 at <br />approximately 1:47 p.m. Seven photographs were taken during the flyover. Mike Boulay of the DRMS reviewed <br />the aerial photographs. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />Weather conditions appeared to be clear and sunny at the time of the flight. The reclaimed portal bench access <br />road and backfilled portal areas are visible in the photographs. The waste disposal area, cover soil pile, and <br />sediment pond were also visible in the photographs. There is no activity discernible in any of the site photos. <br />The entire mine site was free of snow cover. The access road to the mine site is clearly visible and appears <br />maintained and stable (see Photo No. 1). The mine bench area appears stable (Photo No. 2). The reclaimed hill <br />slope and riprap channels along the length of the formal portal access road appeared to be in very good condition <br />with no evidence of slides or other damage <br />All site locations appeared stable and no significant erosion or other problems were identified with this aerial <br />inspection. <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED - None <br />OTHER (SPECIFY) <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
