From November 2010 to end of November 2011, a total <br />of 11,474 tons or 15,490 cubic yards of material has been removed. No new reclamation or <br />revegetation activities were initiated 2011. A noxious weed control program has been in place <br />since inception and storm water management controls have been in place and are monitored <br />regularly. <br />A check in the amount of $323.00 for the annual fee, along with a survey map of the current <br />mine showing the disturbed areas are enclosed. <br />
