(elates, PL <br />11541 Warrington Court Phone: (303) 346 -5196 <br />Parker, CO USA 80138 E-Mail: info@lewieki.lbiz <br />RE: Revenue Mine water sampling program <br />This letter is to confirm that the water sampling program will involve sampling from the <br />following locations for a period of five quarters: <br />CM <br />1- Upstream Sneffels Creek below Atlas Mine water junction but before Revenue Mine <br />disturbance <br />2- Upstream Atlas Mine flow before entering Sneffels Creek <br />3- Downstream Sneffels Creek below bridge <br />4- Seep from waste rock pile on Revenue Mine site <br />1- Mine water from Yellow Rose Drift <br />2- Mine water from Main drift before Yellow Rose Drift junction. <br />The sample locations have been shown on the revised Map 2, which is part of the NOI permit. <br />The 1 quarter samples have been taken and are currently in the ACZ lab for analyses. The water <br />quality parameter list was developed with Allen Sorenson and includes both total and dissolved <br />ions for all surface waters and dissolved ions for all mine waters.
