8. Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged, stockpiled and redistributed for the re- establishment of <br />vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil redistribution depth: <br />Topsoil depth varies from none to about one foot. Where disturbance will occur and soil is <br />available, it will be pushed to the edge of the drill site or new access road as a berm. It will <br />be the last material bacK -arug over disturbed areas for reclamation. where it is not <br />rPrlamation <br />9. Describe how drill holes will be plugged (refer to Rule 5.4 of the Rules for required abandonment procedures): <br />Drill holes are expected to be dry. They will be plugged by backfilling with cuttings to <br />about seven feet below ground level. A five feet plug of either concrete or expanding foam <br />will be placed above the cuttings. Describe how roads will be reclaimed or returned to their pre - prospecting (or better) condition: <br />Existing roadways will not be reclaimed. If drilling results indicate they will no longer be <br />needed, new access routes where cut and fill occurred will be reclaimed by back - dragging <br />fill material towards to cut bank to approach original contours.
