All pond embankments were snow covered and stable with no problems noted. All ponds were <br />holding water at the time of the inspection. <br />Ditches throughout the mine site were snow covered with evidence of damage or erosion noted in the photographs. <br />No problems were noted with the exception of the following: <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLANCE: <br />One coal train was observed in the aerial photographs. The Longwall was mining in panel 17LT at the time of the <br />on the ground November inspection. NOV2011005 associated with General Mine Plan Compliance has been <br />tenninated. <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />This was an aerial inspection flown by Harry Ranney of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />(Division). Oblique aerial photographs were taken on November 23, 2011 and reviewed in the office by Jason <br />Musick of the Division on November 27, 2011. The site was snow covered and the weather was clear at the time <br />of the inspection. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The on -site support facilities were stable with no problems noted.
