No problems were observed during the inspection. <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />PERMIT #: M- 2004 -057 <br />INSPECTOR'S INITIALS: SJR <br />INSPECTION DATE: November 21, 2011 <br />This was a normal monitoring inspection of the Reyher Trust Pit, DRMS file no. M- 2004 -057, operated by Bent <br />County. This site is located approximately 3 miles northwest of McClave, Colorado in Bent County. I, <br />Stephanie Reigh of the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety conducted the inspection. Mr. <br />Curtis Sniff of Bent County accompanied me on the inspection. <br />The entire permit boundary area was marked with permit boundary markers and the mining disturbance was <br />within these boundaries. The operator has mined the southern half of the permit area and they are <br />continuing to mine north. The entire permit boundary was walked with a GPS and it measured 36.37 acres. <br />The permit is for 37.9 acres. <br />The operator has stockpiled topsoil on the pit floor and the north east corner of the pit excavation. Several <br />other stockpiles of mined material were in place on the pit floor near the access road. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
