Pursuant to <br />Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal <br />Mining, the Division shall "...within thirty (30) days or as soon thereafter as the Division determines <br />weather conditions permit, conduct an inspection and evaluation of the reclamation work involved..." <br />Given the current weather conditions at the West Elk Mine and the areas requested for release, the <br />Division will postpone this inspection until weather conditions permit. The Division anticipates <br />performing the inspection in late spring or early summer 2012.
