The application was submitted by Hayden Gulch <br />Terminal, LLC on July 18, 2011, for the Hayden Gulch Loadout. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a formal <br />hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice by <br />the Division in the Steamboat Pilot. <br />The Other mine is located approximately 2 miles Southeast of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is further <br />described as follows: <br />Portions of: E1 /2 Sec. 10, W1 /2 Sec. 14, E1 /2E1/2 Sec. 15, NE1 /4 Sec. 22, NW1 /4NW1 /4 Sec. 23, Township 6 <br />North, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M. <br />Copies of the revision application are available for public review in the Division offices at the above address and at <br />the Hayden Public Library.
