It was a different <br />3 location than where it is now, but it has been as -- <br />4 the road location prior to '94 reclamation was switched <br />5 by the division in that reclamation. Energy Fuels is <br />6 not responsible for the long -term care of this because <br />7 it went through this forfeited mine site, and the <br />8 division did put the road into the shape where it is <br />9 now. <br />10 MR.
