The ore pile has been stabilized for 30 years, and further <br />protected by installation of berms to prevent run -on from precipitation, and silt fences to prevent <br />sediment leaving the site, in addition to the protection of the cultural structure near the pile. <br />Nuvemco is of the opinion that environmental protections are adequate for this permit complying <br />with step 1. of the procedures for operators as described in the letter from Mr. Waldron dated <br />September 30, 2011. <br />Please advise if you need any further information or documentation. <br />
