As we discussed on your site visit November 1s to Nuvemco's Last Chance and <br />Monogram mines this mine was permitted in 2009 in accordance with DMO requirements of <br />Exhibit T — Designated Mining Operation Environmental Protection Plan. Nuvemco has <br />reviewed the requirements of the Exhibit U in the new Rules effective September 30, 2010 and <br />is of the opinion that environmental protections in their approved permit contain all the necessary <br />elements.
