We do <br />recommend that if the geotechnical conditions do not meet DRMS standards for the RDA <br />expansion the site is rehabilitated and appropriate reclamation actions are implemented. <br />Attached to this letter is a copy of CPW's biological resource assessment sent to Mr. <br />Shawn Conner, BIO- Logic. The letter, which in addition to our assessment of the <br />biological resources also outlines our suggested reclamation of this site. <br />Thank you for providing CPW with an opportunity to review the MR -99 and provide <br />recommendations.
