Paul Banks and Associates, LLC <br />Maintenance <br />Mowing in each phase will be performed for at least 2 years following seeding to help <br />establish regenerating stands of grasses and to control weed infestation. Fertilizer will <br />be applied to areas of the site where poor nutrient availability is indicated by a failure of <br />seed to become established. <br />Weed Control Plan <br />Noxious weeds will be controlled following the Colorado Noxious Weed Management Act <br />recommendations.
