Rob Zuber made <br />contact with Kerr Coal Company and was informed it would be fixed. <br />New disturbance at the loadout was observed east of the backfilled sediment pond due to heavy equipment needed <br />for backfilling and topsoiling. <br />Debris and trash was observed at the backfilled sediment pond of the loadout area which will need removed. <br />Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 4 <br />Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: I <br />Page 3 of 6 <br />
