A public notice for the proposed decision was <br />published in the Chronicle -News on November 4, 2011. The public notice initiated a ten -day public <br />comment period that parties having objections or concerns could submit their concerns to the Division <br />regarding the proposed revisions. No comments were received by the Division during the public <br />comment period. The tenth day fell on Monday, November 14, 2011.
