Barickman <br />Re: PCPC /Special Use Permit No. 2011 -009 <br />November 16, 2011 <br />Page Two <br />DIRECTIVE TO STAFF: The Department of Planning and Development is directed to conduct <br />an administrative review of the property during the month of November, 2012 and to present a <br />report to the Pueblo County Planning Commission at its November, 2012 meeting. If the use is <br />not established and /or the property is not in full compliance with the Pueblo County Code and /or <br />all of the conditions of approval, the Commission may, at its discretion, direct staff to schedule <br />the permit for a public hearing at the December, 2012 meeting. The Commission, at its <br />discretion, may also direct staff to conduct an administrative review and /or schedule the permit <br />for public hearing at an earlier date, if deemed necessary. THIS DIRECTIVE TO STAFF IS <br />NOT INTENDED AS A CONDITION OF APPROVAL. <br />APPEAL: Please note that any aggrieved party, including this department, can request an <br />appeal of the Planning Commission's decision in accordance with the Pueblo County Code, <br />Title 17, Chapter 17.140, Sections 17.140.100 through 105. If you disagree with the decision of <br />the Planning Commission on the Special Use Permit, you may also request an appeal of the <br />decision to the Board of County Commissioners. The request for an appeal must be filed within <br />ten days of the decision of the Planning Commission.
