13. We have completely restored our underground winze room and rehabilitated the
winze down to the mines fourth level. Extensive safety work has been completed on
this project.
14. We completely rebuilt our tunnel level emergency escape way to the surface.
15. We installed and rebuilt a total of three ventilation fans.
16. We maintain our mine water discharge systems on a daily basis maintain extensive
record keeping and are in full compliance with the CDH on our NPDES permit and
reporting.
17. We rent a brand new Komatsu 3 yard rubber tired front end loader which is also
equipped with a 10 foot snow plow that will assist us with winter road conditions.
18. We employ 8 full time employees at the mine and are covered with Workman's Comp.
through Pinnicle Assurance.
19. Our Reclamation Bonding is covered through Wells Fargo and is current.
20. We completed the excavation, within our existing permit boundary, for our new
surface adit for a planned decline. The alluvial material from this small excavation is
being stored on a disturbed area and will be used for future reclamation programs.
We're currently working with a professional engineering firm on the design and
building permit application for the concrete portal and snow shed that will be the first
phase of the decline construction when approved by all agencies.
