They are not objecting, but do have three concerns regarding a well just outside the SEO's 600' spacing criteria. I told Ms. Stratman that I would include their concerns in my adequacy review and pass the letter on to you. To date, these are the only comments the Division has received. I am continuing my adequacy review. Please let me know if you would prefer I wait to finalize the adequacy letter until after we receive the revised text and exhibits with all references to the drainage easement removed, or I could include a single comment with respect to the drainage easement and provide additional comments to the remainder of the AM -04 application sooner rather than waiting.
